After retirement, John Primrose had a little time on his hands. He
had always worked with computers and technology and thought he would
use this knowledge and start up a little computer repair business in
his basement as a hobby. What he may not have realized right away is
that when you enjoy what you are working at it becomes infectious,
and now 11 years later, Primrose Computers of Liverpool is a
thriving business. Now joined by his wife Colleen, grandson
Christopher and dedicated employee Mark, this family business
believes in old fashioned values and building customer
relationships. Primrose Computers is the perfect example of
combining the technologies of the future with the down home feel of
yesteryear. Trust, respect, and honesty were the building blocks of
this venture.
Primrose
Computers is a full service business. They sell, build, install and
service their products plus carry comprehensive accessory lines such
as inks, cables, cds, network supplies and more. An added benefit is
that all warranty work is done in the store by A Plus Certified
Technicians, and they make house calls as well. They are also an
authorized Eastlink Dealer. “Complete service is very important to
us. We want the customer to feel comfortable and confident with the
system they purchase” Explains John.
With the
every changing and growing computer industry, the staff of Primrose
Computers are constantly upgrading to keep on top of things and
using their in depth knowledge to help their customers and
community. An example of this would be the cameras recently
installed in the Liverpool curling rink so people all over the
community and country can watch the curling tournament scheduled to
take place. “Our community of Liverpool gives so much to us, we
enjoy being able to help out when ever we can,” explains Colleen.
Now
celebrating their 11th anniversary during the month of
February, with fun draws and great prizes for all who enter,
Primrose Computers continues to grow and prosper. It goes to show
that when you put your heart and soul into something the response is
positive. |
